Remember Adora Svitak?

Last year we watched Adora speak at a TED Talk and were completely amazed with her passion and enthusiasm for learning and what 'adults can learn from kids.'  She inspired us in our speech writing and presentation as we tried to capture some of her passion to connect with our audience.

I though you might be interested in viewing the clip again and having a look at her website.  You may even like to email her and let her know how she has inspired you.  She certainly continues to inspire me!

How can we aspire to be like Adora and make a change in the world?

After reading and understanding the pictures that were drawn on the poster's we had deeper understanding about things we didn't understand before we read the posters. Each individual poster's represented everyday life the up's and the down's and way's to solve it.We took in alot from these poster's and learn't alot from each individual.

  2. Oops, I think you've added this comment on the wrong post girls - make sure you double check. I love the way you've explained what you see in the posters though.

(Keep an eye on those extra apostrophes that have snuck back in too!! :-) )

  3. hi miss hughes teachers probably can learn more stuff off kids then kids learning off parents like we all said we are all learners and we are all teachers I wish I could teach you and mr elmes how to play hockey nbecause I think that is teaching teaches you could learn from me

  4. I think Adora svitak is powerful and intelligent by telling teachers they can learn from students
